The Blueprint for Prosperity program was created in March 2014 to invest $35.4 million in the Wisconsin Fast Forward program to increase grants given to the Wisconsin Technical College System. The program holds the goals of: reducing waiting lists for high-demand occupation training in the WI Technical College System, providing high school students with skills and industry-recognized certification for high-demand occupations, and enhancing employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, including service-disabled veterans.
